DETAILS:

Trainees will participate in classroom lecture and hands-on training.
Training takes place every Thursday for 10 weeks - starting September 19th, from 8:00 AM - 12 Noon.
Green Belt trainees will receive a total of 40 Training Hours.
Green Belt project mentoring/coaching.
Instructors are certiﬁed in Six Sigma methods combined with Lean Manufacturing Experience.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Each trainee will be responsible for completing an appropriate Green Belt project. Each project should provide a minimum of $50,000 in annual cost savings.
Trainees are also required to complete the entire 40 hours of instruction.
